When it comes to your high school academic performance, a career college generally puts less emphasis on how well you did. This is not to say that a university education is only for “smart” people and a career college is only for that that couldn’t make it in high school. At the same time, if your grades were less than stellar and you don’t have the time to take the prep courses required to get accepted into a university program, you might want to pursue your training at a career college.
