Are you looking for a source of inspiration? Whether you have already headed back to college or you are simply considering furthering your education, you may be looking for a source of inspiration to help motivate you to move forward with your goals. For each of us, a source of inspiration is quite different. For some, inspiration may be found in a person or in a song, while others may find inspiration from a good luck charm or other type of tangible item. Regardless of your source of inspiration, it likely meets all of the following qualifications:

· It helps make you feel good
· It causes you to take action

Whether it is a rabbit’s foot or a quote from a famous athlete, your source of inspiration is something that has purpose in some way. While your source of inspiration may mean nothing to someone else, it is deeply meaningful to you. For example, you may save a one dollar bill from the first sale you make with your new business. This one dollar bill may not mean a whole lot to someone else. But, for you, the one dollar bill has a special meaning, which helps drive the inspiration it gives to you.

This leads us to the second characteristic of a source of inspiration: it must make you feel good in some way. With the one dollar bill, for example, it makes you feel good to remember making that first sale and inspires you to move forward and make more. Whatever your source of inspiration, it is something you can turn to in order to feel better when times are tough.

By making you feel better and more confident, your source of inspiration is able to meet its third characteristic: inspiring you to take action. Your inspiration may be a person who is able to say the right words or emit the right attitude to get you moving, but it can also be a poem, a book or even an object. Regardless of what it is, your source of inspiration should be able to move you in ways that nothing else can. And, hopefully, if you have picked an appropriate source of inspiration and it has helped push you further, you will be able to turn your dreams into reality.
