“Potter” Actress Excited for Ivy League

A couple of weeks ago we brought you the story of Emma Watson’s hopes to attend an American college. She had high hopes to attend an ivy league, and this was possible given the number of schools who accepted her. Watson wasn’t sure which way she should go in the ivy world, but now things have become clearer. This just in: she has made her decision.

Although the race may have been close for schools like Columbia and Cornell (eCornell), Watson has settled on attending Brown this fall. The young starlet has made it clear that she is fully capable of striking a balance between working and learning. Watson, who is planning to study literature and art, even plans to live in a freshman dorm with a roommate! Take note, Top Colleges students: you don’t have to stop working to pursue your dreams of higher education.

In a recent interview, Watson explained that “there’s been a lot of confusion in the media that university is mutually exclusive, that I can’t act as well as study at the same time, and I seem to have managed it okay up to this point, so that’s what I hope to continue to do.”

Best of luck this fall Emma!
