Kennedy’s dream was to enact a loan forgiveness program for the college graduates who want to have an impact on their community. His requirements for the program were very broad: “it may be as a teacher. It may be as a nurse. It may be as a prosecutor. It may be as a legal defender. It may be as a childcare worker.
