It seems that being a millionaire mogul isn’t necessary to get on this beauty’s good side – a down to earth electrician had just the right training to find the spark-le in her eye.

Mr. Padgett met Anderson at a trailer park she was staying in while her home was being renovated. The two met and Padgett propositioned that they should take a golf cart ride together. One the drive began, Mr. Padgett engineered some charisma and electrified Anderson with his wholesome attitude and simple but genuine lifestyle.
