The staffing service of Robert Half International reports that internal auditors with up to 1 year of experience earned incomes ranging from $31,500 to $48,250 per year in 2007. Those with 1 to 3 years of experience earned between $31,500 to $60,000, while senior auditors earned between $43,250 and $79,250.
