Accounting & Business Technology

Graduates are prepared for entry-level position in business after being trained in business writing and communications, developing business plans and using financial software applications. Marketing, computerized accounting, business law are also included.

Computer Technology

Students receive training in word processing, desktop publishing, database management, network operations, multimedia applications, Internet research and web design, utility programs and operating systems.

Computer Technology – Technical Emphasis

Dental Assisting

Students learn how to work in a clinical setting, assisting with patient procedures, preparing instruments and performing lab procedures, as well as chairside assisting, OSHA guidelines and radiology certification.

Health Information Technology

This program prepares students to perform general and administrative duties in doctor’s offices, clinics and hospitals, including management, coding and billing procedures. Included are medical terminology, insurance processing and medical billing, records documentation and ICD-9 & CPT coding and classification.

Medical Assisting

Students learn the skills necessary to assist health professionals, including electrocardiogram, venipuncture/phlebotomy, minor surgery techniques, sterilization procedures, patient history and examination, and infection control.
