behind the scenes making sure that each medical staff
gets as much help as possible.

Certified nursing assistants, also known as nursing
aids, help nurses with various medical tasks under
the supervision of a medical staff.
Certified nursing assistants are responsible for:
- Administering medication
- Serving meals
- Making beds
- Taking temperature
- Recording pulse rates
- Monitoring blood pressure
- Delivering messages
- Cleaning rooms
Additionally, some important tasks certified nursing
assistants may perform include bathing, grooming and dressing
patients. They also escort patients to different
rooms, help them exercise, set up equipment and even
assist with some procedures, making training in a
nursing program very important.
Since certified nursing assistants work in such
a delicate field they need to be nurturing and have
a respectful bed side manor. They must also have
good communication skills because they need to make
sure they are listening to patients needs to provide
the best possible care.
